SUGAR + SWEAT = FUNDRAISING SHEENANIGANS
In this inaugural fundraiser for MMA, a classic cookie bake sale meets an epic crowd-fundraising climbathon.

HOW IT WORKS
Prior to the event, participants will gather pledges from family, friends, favorite local businesses, and friendly acquaintances alike to donate money per route climbed. An example would be $1 per route.
Participants will have their own participant page featuring the pledges gathered. On the day of the event, the page will update with the number of routes climbed.
People who have pledged to the person’s climbathon will then donate to Montana Mountaineering the total of the amount pledged per route. (If someone pledges $1 per route, and the participant climbs 100 routes, the person would donate $100.)
There will be two categories for prizes: most routes climbed and most money raised.
Cookies will be for sale for climbers, spectators, and sweet-toothed passerbyers.
Holiday themed costumes highly encouraged!
All funds raised go towards MMA’s mission to lower the financial and logistical barriers to mountain pursuits.
