Recreation Level 1 online curriculum
The foundation course for all backcountry users. Learn to identify avalanche terrain, understand weather and snowpack factors, practice rescue techniques, and make basic go/no-go decisions. This is the online component of the course which must be completed prior to the field days portion of the Rec 1.
